The Project: London based Soho house is repurposing a former industrial building at 1000 S. Santa Fe Avenue with a mix of uses that includes event space, a restaurant, a gym, 48 hotel rooms, and a roof deck. This is the third such location in the Los Angeles area and will be located in the Arts District.
